JDK Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Holiday Inn Express in Bloomsburg. The role focuses on keeping the property safe, functional, and guest-ready in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety compliance, and collaborative work with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Exposure to smoke, odors, chemicals, and other environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-throughs and assess safe, efficient hotel maintenance operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Repair doors, furniture, hardware and windows; hang artwork and headboards.
• Lift and move heavy items up to 50–100 pounds; use ladders as needed.
• Assist with general janitorial duties and respond courteously to guest inquiries.
