Job summary

The High Companies is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. You will perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and ensure equipment stays in top condition, following brand standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, weekend availability, 1–2 years in plumbing, painting, HVAC, or electrical work; on-the-job training provided. HVAC, EPA, or CMRT certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in plumbing, painting, HVAC, or electrical work preferred.
• On-the-job training provided for motivated applicants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms on a scheduled basis.
• Service the hotel pool and related equipment.
• Report or troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and complete all maintenance logs accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet and floor cleaning, and caulking.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems.
