Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC, EPA, or CMRT certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment.
• Service the hotel pool and maintain logs.
• Report and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Assist with routine maintenance such as painting and caulking.
