Job summary

The High Companies are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Tech for the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and ensuring all equipment meets brand standards.

The position offers a fixed 8am–4pm schedule with every other weekend on shift and a weekend premium. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, EPA, CMRT certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and hotel equipment.
• Service the hotel pool and maintain logs of maintenance activities.
• Report and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
