Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong safety awareness and quality standards in maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Perform welding, carpentry, painting, and facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure chemicals and hazardous materials are stored and reported properly.
• Lead minor renovation projects or facility upgrades with safety and quality in mind.
• Provide prompt, friendly maintenance support to guests and staff to minimize disruption.
