Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks in Kitty Hawk, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. Shift is full-time, 3pm–11pm.

You will work with the Chief Engineer, handle work orders, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, and upkeep of pool and fitness areas, with opportunities for training and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Responsible for preventive maintenance in hotel guest rooms and public spaces.
• Assist in basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Follow brand standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work order system and complete tasks promptly.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer on technical projects.
• Repair guest room issues (caulking, tiles, painting, appliances).
• Monitor key control system and inventory parts.
