Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including basic HVAC tasks and daily preventive care. You will troubleshoot issues, respond to guest requests, and help keep both interior and exterior areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
• Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs safely.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a TEAM.
• Willingness to train and grow within the company.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs
• Complete routine and preventive maintenance, including guest room inspections
• Respond promptly to guest room work orders and service calls
• Maintain the hotel’s interior and exterior
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed
