Courtyard & Residence Inn Raleigh Brier Creek is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas safe and functional. The role covers responding to equipment issues, performing basic repairs, and coordinating preventative maintenance across the hotel during 8am-5pm shifts.

Candidates should have prior building operations experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, and be able to complete required safety training.

Qualifikationen

• Previous building operations engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties.
• Ability to work any hours/ days during the week and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Responds to guest calls and hotel staff reports of non-functioning equipment promptly.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment (pump and motor replacement, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guestrooms and public areas.
• Paint, drywall repair, molding/trim repair, fixture/furniture repair and touch-up, minor plumbing repair, caulking, tile/floor repair, A/C filter replacement, carpet and upholstery cleaning.
