Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Summary:

Keep all equipment in good repair with minimal downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel under the direction of Engineering Management. Support the continuous improvement of engineering services to guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time and in full uniform.
• Train and instruct other staff members, sharing knowledge and skills.
• Operate independently to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement high-quality fixes.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and ongoing self-development.
• Perform plumbing, electrical repairs, hardware fixes, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Monitor systems, handle emergencies, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Conserve energy and utilities, and act swiftly during emergencies to protect guests and staff.
• Maintain logs, keep work areas clean, and assist in general hotel maintenance as needed.
