Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance disciplines: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest service focus.
• Forbes 5-Star aligned professionalism, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff; ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support hotel operations.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections to identify issues early.
• Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Support brand standards and guest experience by keeping areas well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
