Your Day

As our Hotel Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping the building in top working condition. You'll troubleshoot HVAC issues, fix electrical and plumbing problems, repair equipment, and perform general mechanical repairs. You'll conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep detailed records. Using hand and power tools, you'll respond to challenges with urgency and professionalism, ensuring our hotel remains welcoming and safe.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be dependable and available for on-call, late-night, or weekend shifts.

The Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Physical ability to use hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, saws, etc.
• Ability to work independently, respond promptly to issues, and stay calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• A friendly and respectful attitude
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
