Job summary

Best Western Naples is seeking a hotel maintenance technician to keep equipment in good repair and minimize downtime. You will respond to guest repair requests, follow SOPs, and prioritize tasks while maintaining guest safety and property integrity.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety systems, and assisting during emergencies. A High School diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in maintenance.

• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Interpret readings from meters and gauges to diagnose issues.

• Maintain security of guest rooms and hotel property and assist during emergencies.
