Job summary

The Edgewater in Madison, WI is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep our 4-diamond property safe and well-maintained. You will service HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related equipment, following safety rules and working with team members to maintain guest comfort.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a good command of English, and a proactive approach to guest services.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We need a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel safe and looking good. You will fix and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical stuff, and do carpentry work. You need to follow safety rules, be energy efficient, and work well with others. Good English communication is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Inspect and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Facility Management: Take care of hotel spaces like landscaping, banquet areas, pool/spa, and parking garage.
• Guest Services: Respond quickly to guest requests and issues.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and vendors.
• Record Keeping: Keep logs of maintenance activities.
