Job summary

High Hotels is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, including guest rooms and building systems, with weekend work and a $1/hr weekend premium.

A valid driver’s license and ability to work independently are required; on-the-job training is provided. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training provided for motivated applicants eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act promptly in the event of a circumstance that requires attention.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Service the hotel pool.
• Report or troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Maintain and complete all maintenance logs accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet and/or floor cleaning, and caulking.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems.
