Job summary

MOXY ATLANTA DOWNTOWN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Chief Engineer in keeping the hotel running smoothly. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to meet our quality standards while delivering friendly, professional guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities per PM guidelines, ensuring equipment works, documenting tasks, and supporting houseman duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with building and mechanical trades including electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and use of power tools.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance checklists and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks as assigned: preventative maintenance, repairs, complete documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• All other duties as assigned and within the realm of physical capabilities.
