Peachtree Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support AC Hotel and Moxy Dallas Uptown. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest and associate requests, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with repairs throughout guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and routine maintenance across hotel facilities to ensure equipment and systems run smoothly.
• Respond to guest and associate requests; troubleshoot and repair issues in guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems; perform minor repairs and replacements as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and document maintenance performed and upcoming tasks.
