LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site hotel in Saint Augustine, FL. The role supports repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to keep the property safe, functional, and welcoming for guests.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance. Strong tools skills, teamwork, and reliability are required to protect guest privacy and meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.
• Dependable, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain hotel grounds and ensure maintenance equipment is in proper working condition.
• Complete assigned maintenance documentation.
• Identify and immediately report or correct hazardous conditions.
• Follow all safety, security, and brand standards.
• Assist guests professionally and protect guest privacy.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
