Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Associate for a part-time role to uphold hotel facilities and guest areas. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met.

The candidate should have experience in hotels, basic electrical, AC, and plumbing knowledge, and demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, ac, and plumbing.
• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to hotel facilities.
• Maintain life safety and operating systems.
• Complete documentation of maintenance tasks performed.
