Job summary

DREAMWEAVER HOTELS LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support hotel facilities with HVAC, refrigeration and general maintenance tasks. You will respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, and work under the Chief Engineer to keep systems reliable.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experience, is able to lift up to 100-300 pounds, and works in a 24/7 hotel environment. This role offers hourly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience (1–3 years).
• Two years of HVAC and refrigeration experience (4–6 years).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to engineering service calls.
• Completing maintenance request work orders from all departments in a timely basis.
• Performing preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Ensuring that equipment is working properly.
• Completing other special projects as assigned by the Chief Maintenance Engineer.
