Job summary

Radiate Hospitality is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician to keep our Palo Alto property attractive, safe and well-maintained for guests and staff.

You will inspect mechanical/electrical systems, respond to front desk concerns, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with painting, carpentry and general repairs. Prior hospitality maintenance experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance tech experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect operating systems and components to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to front desk reports and notify when action is complete.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing.
• Maintain outdoor areas in a clean, neat, safe condition.
• Assist with painting, carpentry and general repairs as needed.
• Keep storage and mechanical areas clean and report safety issues.
• Report to work on time in uniform.
• Follow safety rules and stay alert for guest and staff safety.
