The Alloy a Double Tree by Hilton in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 for full-time work with competitive pay and benefits. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, diagnose issues, repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, keep logs, and respond to emergencies to protect guests and property.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance/Building Engineer experience, preferably in hotels or residential communities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain and repair hotel equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components and implement repairs.
• Log daily activities, monitor system operations, and report emergencies to Engineering Management.
• Train staff, ensure tools and equipment are secured, and uphold safety procedures.
• Respond to energy usage concerns and seek conservation opportunities.
