Hampton Inn – St. Louis Downtown at the Arch is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to join our property team in St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, with regular property inspections and quick collaboration with housekeeping and front desk to address requests. We offer competitive starting pay, wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, full-time employment, and benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, and hotel room

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in maintenance or a related role is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
• Work with the housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during shifts.
