Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector for the Doubletree by Hilton Fort Worth S Conference Center to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include inspecting cleaned rooms, training staff, monitoring supplies, and resolving guest complaints.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in hospitality and must possess strong communication skills. Flexibility to work varied hours is necessary.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of prior housekeeping, inspecting, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend/stoop, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate recently cleaned rooms to ensure quality.
• Train and monitor the performance of room attendants.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to engineering.
• Monitor housekeeping supply levels and assist with inventory.
• Resolve guest complaints and prepare VIP amenities.
• Assist in cleaning rooms during high-volume periods.
