JSK Hospitality LLC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Mishawaka. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and ensure guest rooms and public areas stay safe, clean, and in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on maintenance, facilities, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and building systems.
• Respond quickly to guest and associate maintenance requests.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
• Complete room readiness checks and support housekeeping when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order records.
• Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards.
• Assist with grounds and exterior upkeep as needed.
• Support other departments during busy periods or special projects.
