Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sparks is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our full-time team. You will inspect guest rooms, repair furniture and fixtures, and keep areas clean and safe. Shifts are 8 am–5 pm, with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to inspect and identify repairs in guest areas.
• Willingness to perform routine cleaning and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms to identify items to be repaired.
• Repair damaged or broken furniture, fixtures, equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
• Keep grounds, pool and public areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
