Qualifications

• Experience with pool equipment such as motors, heaters, and electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance repairs such as plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures and electrical needs.
• Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms such as plunging, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC and/or AC ducts
• Must have knowledge in pools, maintaining pool water quality to state standards, cleaning, vacuuming, back washing
• Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards
