Responsibilities

• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms such as plunging, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC and/or AC ducts
• Must have knowledge in pools, maintaining pool water quality to state standards, cleaning, vacuuming, back washing
• Maintain a logbook in accordance to DHEC standards

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech/Certified Pool Operator. Must have 2+ years experience. Knowledgeable with pool motors, pool heaters, and electrical.

Job Description:

• Must have 2 years experience in Hotels/Apartments Hospitality
• Performs maintenance repairs such as, plumbing, painting, lighting fixtures and electrical needs.
