Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating inventories, and troubleshooting systems while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance and supervisory experience in a hotel or property management setting is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Job requires continuous movement, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the maintenance staff.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance in all hotel areas; inspect work for quality and standards.
• Troubleshoot devices such as key card systems, internet equipment, and TV equipment.
• Oversee safety programs and key control throughout the hotel.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and service mindset.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
