Job summary

Home2 Suites Chandler is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide technical and administrative support to the Area Chief Engineer. You will oversee maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and convention areas, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time project completion.

You will monitor energy usage, perform preventive maintenance, and enforce OSHA lockout-tagout procedures. Strong applicants bring 2–5 years of multi-housing or hotel maintenance experience, plus technical training.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in apartment complex or multi-housing units.
• Hotel maintenance experience is a plus.
• Technical training or certifications in building systems preferred.
• OSHA lockout-tagout procedures knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain all maintenance issues including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Monitor electric, gas and water consumption.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Follow lock out-tag out procedures per OSHA standards.
• Perform guestroom and public area preventive maintenance.
• Check equipment and log maintenance activities.
• Report safety concerns to Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty.
• Ensure inventory security and manage supplies.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Participate in maintenance programs for event spaces and convention equipment.
• Keep grounds clean and workspace organized.
