Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with emphasis on safety and asset protection. The role also oversees vendors and executes preventative maintenance programs.

You will conduct walk-throughs, manage repairs per codes, schedule preventive maintenance with other departments, and safeguard life safety systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: processing emails, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of building maintenance methods and materials: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Certified Pool Operator license required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Perform walk-throughs to assess safe and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Complete maintenance, repairs, and replacement projects on schedule per codes.
• Obtain cost-effective proposals for maintaining or repairing systems.
• Address guest maintenance requests and preventive work orders as assigned.
• Schedule work in coordination with preventive maintenance programs to minimize guest impact.
• Inspect and certify Life Safety equipment per code and brand standards.
• Assist in critical situations (fire, disasters, malfunctions) as needed.
• Maintain CMMS records using Quore, PM Works, or brand programs.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment; keep work area clean.
• Handle chemicals per Safety Data Sheets and proper storage.
