Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, staff and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
