Job summary

Hilton in the United States is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our Hotels team. This full-time role supports facility maintenance, safety, and guest comfort, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality as part of our everyday operations.

You’ll handle tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry; respond to service requests; and help with preventive maintenance inspections. Documentation of inspections and repairs is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or related trades.
• Ability to work with teams to maintain safety and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel facility maintenance and assist in maintaining the property's functionality and safety.
• Respond to service requests and guest calls; process team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections and identify needs.
• Document inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up.
