Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking an Evening Maintenance Technician I at Peppertree Ocean Club—North Myrtle Beach, SC to maintain units, buildings, and common areas. Respond to guest needs and complete preventative maintenance projects across property.

Responsibilities include repairs with hand and power tools, troubleshooting carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in all areas. 2–4 years of experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CPO and EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• 2–4 years of prior experience in a general maintenance position or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance in guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas.
• Work with hand and power tools for repairs.
• Troubleshoot carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Repair and install appliances as needed with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report safety issues.
