Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Moline, IL is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our hotel maintenance team. This full-time role requires hands-on work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs to ensure guest comfort and facility safety.

You will perform routine inspections, respond to emergencies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. A High School diploma or GED and hospitality experience are preferred; certifications in HVAC or Pool Operator are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems is preferred.
• Certifications in HVAC and pool operation are strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Repair leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, and HVAC units.
• Maintain exterior areas, parking lots and common spaces.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and safety records.
