Job summary

Stonebridge in Ocean City, Maryland, is seeking a Maintenance Attendant to support hotel maintenance operations and ensure all facilities and equipment function properly. The role includes preventative maintenance tasks, repairs, and general upkeep to create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will work 2-3 days in Maintenance and 2-3 days as a Houseman, handling repairs, monitoring utilities, and logging findings while maintaining safety procedures and effective

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance systems including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with maintenance tasks, including refrigeration, heating, and plumbing.
