Job summary

Castle Hot Springs is seeking an Operations Tech to perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance across the hotel and associated properties. You will respond to guest requests, operate CMMS and HVACR controls, and collaborate with the Property Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong safety mindset, and flexible hours including weekends and holidays. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on building systems and equipment in the hotel, grounds, and employee housing.
• Assist guests with service requests as needed and respond to daily operational needs.
• Learn and operate computer-based systems used by Property Operations (CMMS, energy management, HVACR controls).
• Work with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and use power/hand tools.
• Maintain professional demeanor, promote teamwork, and attend scheduled trainings.
• Execute emergency procedures per hotel standards and support management as required.
