Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee daily hotel upkeep, complete repairs, and perform preventive maintenance to keep guest rooms and public areas in top condition.

You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to prioritize tasks, maintain safety standards, and ensure all systems operate efficiently, contributing to a safe, comfortable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities operations.
• Management experience required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings.
• EPA or other maintenance certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, equipment, and appliances.
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and guest service needs.
• Maintain property safety by inspecting and repairing locks, doors, alarms, lighting, and other safety systems.
• Assist with pool/spa operations (if applicable), including chemical testing and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs with the General Manager and department leaders to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of completed work.
• Monitor supply inventory and communicate needs for tools, parts, or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and all local/state regulations.
