Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or trade school certificate preferred; commensurate education and experience accepted
• Supervisory maintenance or construction management experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose root causes of failures and propose solutions
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors and residents

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure safety standards
