Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead hotel maintenance operations and uphold brand standards across properties. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and guest satisfaction while coordinating with departments and contractors.

Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, and a preference for candidate with pool operator certification. A robust benefits package is included with this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in a Maintenance leadership position, preferably in hotels.
• High School education minimum; post-high school education preferred.
• Two (2) years of college or trade school equivalent in mechanical/electrical/technical disciplines (preferred).
• Certified pool operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proactive preventative maintenance programs meet brand standards (laundry equipment, HVAC, ice machines, fire safety, plumbing).
• Manage maintenance operations to meet Graduate Brand and Guest standards.
• Follow safe working practices and conditions; maintain inventory of supplies.
• Inspect guest rooms after maintenance and prioritize work orders.
• Oversee life safety and emergency procedures; coordinate capital projects with vendors.
