Job summary

Larkspur at Twin Creeks in Allen, TX, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead Environmental Services and maintain the hotel and surrounding grounds. You will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and drive safety and quality in all tasks.

Responsibilities include planning daily maintenance operations, overseeing staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to budget and policies while upholding SRHM's Golden Rule in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all functions of maintenance to ensure efficient hotel operation.
Monitor and schedule maintenance tasks to keep the hotel clean, safe and attractive.
Lead emergency repairs and seek effective repair methods with minimal supervision.
Develop aesthetic improvement plans inside and outside the building.
Monitor monthly expenditures to ensure compliance with the budget.
Supervise and assist staff; coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
Ensure safety hazards are reported and addressed promptly.
Participate in trainings and meetings as required.
