Job summary

• Assists in maintenance duties to keep the community clean, orderly, safe, and attractive.
• Supports emergency repairs within the maintenance tech’s capabilities.
• Assists with aesthetic improvements inside and outside the building, including painting and drywall repairs.
• Assists residents with moving furniture and other related tasks as needed.
• Provides hands-on repairs and helps maintain a proactive approach to maintenance activities.
