Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a professional Hotel Maintenance to join our team. You will care for the hotel’s infrastructure and manage maintenance personnel while planning renovation and repair projects.

You should have experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and be organized to meet health and safety standards for guests and staff. You will inspect facilities, arrange routine maintenance, supervise technicians, and coordinate with contractors to keep the property safe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or trade certificate preferred, or commensurate education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas.
• Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Update operational procedures and process manuals as necessary.
• Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Hotel Maintenance to join our team. You will be responsible for taking care of our hotel’s infrastructure as well as managing maintenance personnel and planning renovation and repair projects. As the Hotel Maintenance , you should have experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You must be organized and committed to meeting health and safety standards at all times. Your primary goal is to ensure our hotel is safe and functional for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
• Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas
• Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and experience accepted
• Supervisory maintenance or construction management experience preferred
• Ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of failures and suggest appropriate solutions
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with the site staff and internal partners, external vendors, and groups of residents
