Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Maintenance Chief to oversee the maintenance of hotel and heart-of-house areas, ensuring preventive maintenance and repairs meet brand standards. The role includes supervising staff and managing department costs while upholding the mission and culture of the hotel.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a quality hotel, strong knowledge of electrical, AC, plumbing, and preventive maintenance, and a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel is preferred.
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing and preventative maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must display professionalism with honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise labor and control maintenance department costs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to uphold hotel standards.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and checklists for operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to assist with guest issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
