The Sheraton Sable Oaks Portland, part of Colwen Management Inc, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead hotel maintenance and safety programs. You will direct day-to-day upkeep, coordinate repairs, and ensure facilities meet guest and associate safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring hotel engineering experience, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. On‑call duties and a rotating schedule may apply to support operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hotel engineering experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays; on-call as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Coordinate with vendors, bids, and COIs before work begins.
• Maintain maintenance logs and preventative programs.
• Support Manager on Duty duties as required.
