Qualifications

• Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience requested.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, and preventative maintenance.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing/electrical/mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Assist with vendor meetings, quotes, inventory, and project follow-up.
• Support HOTSOS ticket execution and data logging.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Maintain department checklists and attend mandatory meetings.
• Provide accurate information on equipment failures and resolutions.
• Work as a team within Engineering and with other departments.
• Ensure professional and safe work environment.
