The role requires reliable problem-solving and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license is a plus, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and systems and make repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely tasks.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Preventative maintenance and Checklist items for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Other duties as assigned
