Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical and plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, making necessary repairs.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to keep the facility in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
