Job summary

RAINMAKER TEAM LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Cincinnati facility and provide maintenance and repair services across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role emphasizes prompt troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and thorough record-keeping to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear communication with teammates and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and report on activities.
• Communicate with team and management to ensure timely completion.
• Other duties as assigned

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the facility is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Preventative maintenance and Checklist items for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role
• Skilled in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license is a plus
