Job summary

Wet Willie's in Lanett, AL seeks a Maintenance Person to oversee grounds, facilities and guest room upkeep. You will perform daily cleaning, preventive maintenance, small repairs and coordinate larger maintenance needs with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes, HVAC, electrical power.
• Strong handyman skills and ability to patch holes, repair, and paint walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of grounds, building facilities and guest rooms.
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas and guest rooms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs; handle special projects.
• Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours and respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
• Maintain safe working conditions per OSHA guidelines; handle chemicals safely.
• Paint walls, ceilings and doors; maintain maintenance workshop and storerooms.
