Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a dependable Maintenance Team Member to help ensure smooth operation of our hotel facilities, from guest rooms to public areas. You will perform routine repairs, handle guest-maintenance requests, and assist with preventive maintenance programs to keep systems safe and efficient.

In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose issues, communicate status updates to supervisors, and support energy efficiency initiatives while delivering hospitality-focused service.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across the hotel.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.
• Assist senior engineers with complex maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
• Execute work orders and maintain lighting throughout the property.
• Maintain supplies and tools in storerooms and on floors.
